Your VillaVery recently built (2017), it was designed in the modern Cycladic style, with great originality and attention to the smallest detail.

Fully air-conditioned , it has an area of ​​220 m2 ^and has the particularity of being built in a U shape around a closed patio embellished by a small private swimming pool.

Embellished by low marble stone walls and lined with flower beds, it is raised above street level. At the entrance there is a porch with a built-in sofa and vintage rattan armchairs.

You enter directly into a pleasant summer dining room , which is the charming asset of this villa, because it opens directly onto the patio through a system of sliding bay windows.  The articulation of the villa was designed around this room. In its extension is the living room topped by a skylight with the living room with bohemian furniture and decoration – comfortable sofas and armchairs -, facing a pretty fireplace and plasma screen television, extended by the dining room with rectangular table in wood, and small, well-equipped American-style kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove with ceramic hob, espresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher). Behind the kitchen is a bedroom (double bed) with its shower room/wc.The other  bedrooms – three in number – are distributed as follows  : one with double bed and en-suite shower room/wc in the extension of the summer dining room and two others which are accessed via the patio .     They each have an en-suite shower room/wc with hairdryer. Each room has a French window that opens onto the patio.

Tasteful decoration and planters with green plants give a pleasant atmosphere .

Level-1  : A staircase behind the kitchen leads to level -1, where there is a bedroom (single beds which can be joined together) and its en-suite shower room/wc and a storage room with washing machine and dryer. linen, ironing board and iron.

The villa has a wifi connection, a bathroom/wc for guests. Daily cleaning, change of sheets and household linen every three days. Mosquito nets on windows and French doors.
