protected from the winds by a section of wall with bay window and glass door, and well appointed with summer dining room with beautiful table built in polished concrete, L-shaped for 10 people, summer lounge highlighted by
a fountain made of marble stone blocks and decorated with amphorae and shells, with built sofas, deck chairs, poufs around a delightful jacuzzi (3mx 3 m), and built barbecue with a built table in its extension and protected from the sun by triangular sections of boat sail . Behind the barbecue there is a pleasant corridor swimming pool (12m x 1.70m and 0.80m deep) surrounded by flower beds.
You enter directly into a pleasant living room nicely decorated with exposed beams on the ceiling, niches in the walls, with on the one hand the living room with plasma screen television , comfortable sofas, rattan armchairs facing a pretty fireplace, and on the other hand the dining room with largerectangular wooden table , extended by an American-style kitchen separated by a section of wall and a arched opening and well equipped (fridge/freezer, stove with ceramic hob, espresso coffee machine, microwave oven, washing machine -dishes). Next to the kitchen is a bedroom (2 single beds) with its shower room/wc.The villa has two entrances , one through the living room and one through the kitchen.
The other bedrooms – four in number – are divided into pairs (one with a double bed and the other with single beds which can be joined together) on either side .and on the other side of the living room. They each have an en-suite shower room/wc with hairdryer. Each room benefits from verybeautiful sea views and has a French window which opens onto the terrace. Television and safe in each room.
The villa has a wifi connection , a bathroom/wc for guests and a shed with washing machine and dryer and outside covered parking and a vegetable garden at the disposition of residents . Daily cleaning, change of sheets and household linen every three days. Mosquito nets on windows and French doors.
Ideal for two families or a group of friends . Good value for money for the quality.
