This charming little single-storey house , fully air-conditioned, is located in the middle of 3000m2 of land ^, planted with olive trees and bordered by delightful gardens and large terraces on uneven surfaces, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape . At the entrance to the house there is a built barbecue .

It opens onto a pleasant living room including a nicely decorated living room with on one side a stone-clad wall and fireplace, and on the other side two built corner sofas offering sleeping space for two people , a kitchenette well equipped (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine) separated from the living room by a white wooden bar with stools. At the rear of the living room, there is a bedroom with double bed and office area and a shower room/wc with Cycladic shapes.

The decoration is tasteful and highlights the characteristics of the local architecture: floors paved with local stone, ceilings lined with wooden slats, and decorative objects from local crafts.

Parasol, nice garden furniture, benches built with pretty cushions embellish the terraces.

The house has a wifi connection and a plasma screen TV.
