An exterior staircase leading from the patio leads there. The apartment is bordered at the front by a terrace which runs along part of it. It is bright and fully air-conditioned . It has an area of approximately 70m². The floors are tiled with gray Paros marble . It opens onto a pleasant living room with dining area and American-style kitchen, slightly separated from the room by a pass, and well equipped: fridge/freezer, stove, coffee maker and toaster.The living room has a private terrace with parasol, table and chairs and a lovely sea view where it is pleasant to take your meals. On either side of the living room are two bedrooms : the master bedroom with a double bed which opens onto the shared terrace at the entrance and the other bedroom with two beds which opens onto a shared terrace to that of the living room. Next to the master bedroom is the shower room/wc with storage room in which there is the washing machine . In the living room, there is an island-style sofa bed which can be used as a fifth bed.
