Complex of eight air-conditioned villas , built in the Cycladic style, on a plot of 16,000m2, generously planted with vines and composed of delightful gardens teeming with flowers and embellished by two beautiful swimming pools . Only seven villas are available for rental.
They were finished building in 2011. All villas have a beautiful sea view .
The villas are divided into two units : one has three villas and its swimming pool and the other has five villas and its swimming pool and there is an entrance for each group of villas.
Each villa bears the name of a beach or village in Paros and has been decorated in a different way with exquisite taste . French-speaking welcome. WIFI access in all villas, daily cleaning. Two plasma screen televisions, DVD player, mini stereo, safe in each villa. Non-smoking houses.
Excellent value . Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. FYI the owners do not accept groups of young people under 25 years old

Possibility of bringing you every day between 8.30 and 9.00 a.m. to your villa bakery products that you have selected for your breakfast, such as fresh bread of your choice, croissants, donuts, and others with only cost the bakery bill. To avoid any indiscretion, the products will be placed on the table on your terrace.

Built on two levels, it has an area of 100m2, and has three bedrooms , two shower rooms/wc + 1 outdoor shower at the entrance to the house.
Level 0 : it opens onto a pleasant living room with fireplace and TV, with on one side a dining room with table and chairs for 6 people, extended by a well-equipped American-style kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker) and the other lounge area with sofa. On either side of the room, two bedrooms : one bedroom with a 1.60×2.00m double bed and terrace overlooking the swimming pool, and another bedroom with 2 0.90×2.00m single beds, TV, and balcony overlooking the mountains, the vineyards, a shower room/wc . The living room opens onto a large terrace with table and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. Direct access to the swimming pool.

Level -1 : there is a bedroom with 2 single beds of 0.90×2.00 m, built at an angle, a shower room/wc, a shed with washing machine .
UNIT 2 : A security deposit of €400 in cash will be requested upon your arrival by the person responsible for your reception who will give it to you at the end of your stay after checking the condition of the premises. As Cyclades Holiday Rentals is not involved in the payment of these deposits, it cannot be held liable at any time.
