This elegant building on three levels, in white/gray colors, embellished by a superb bougainvillea, and delightful flower beds and beautifully planted trees, provides you with eleven air-conditioned units which were completely renovated in 2008, with exquisite taste in a minimalist style. The predominant white is enhanced by touches of bright colors. You will also find a gym , a small jacuzzi swimming pool extended by a pleasant terrace with pleasant flowers.

YOUR UNITS

The units consist of six mini-suites , four suites and one superior suite . The bedding is of excellent quality , from the Coco-mat brand, designed exclusively from raw natural materials.

Mini-Suites  : 2 people + child

There are six of them . They are located on the ground floor or first floor. Three of them do not have a sea view .

They have a surface area of ​​30m². Each of them has a terrace or veranda.

They consist of a room, with exposed beams and white parquet floors, extended by a  kitchenette (fridge/freezer, vitro ceramic hotplate, coffee maker, kettle), shower room/wc with Korres care products , magnifying mirror and dryer . The sleeping area includes a queen size bed and an island sofa that can be used as a bed for a child. Plasma screen satellite television. Safe.

Suites  : 2/5 people

There are four of them . They have approximately an area of ​​between 45m² and 55m². They each have two terraces. Two of them are on the top floor and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Kimolos . Another is on the first floor with a side view of the sea and the last is on the raised ground floor.

They consist of two rooms with exposed beams and white parquet floors: there is a bedroom with double bed and in the second room corner sofa (sleeps 2),  kitchenette (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker , kettle), shower room/wc with Korres care products , magnifying mirror and dryer. Superior Suite  : 2/5 people

There is only one . It is located on the top floor. It has an area of ​​70m². Surrounded by three large terraces with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area, it consists of a pleasant living room (lounge area and dining area) opening onto two terraces , one of which is shaded by a bougainvillea arbor and the another with a superb view of the sea. In the extension of the living room is the kitchenette (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle), two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with twin beds), each with terrace and balcony with beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area, shower room/wc with Korres care products , magnifying mirror and dryer. Adjoining the living room is a shower room/wc . The furniture is tasteful, in beige and taupe tones, exposed beams in the rooms and local stone floors. Plasma screen satellite television. Safe.
