Small, friendly building on two levels, built in 1998 with a lot of research in the purely “Sifniote” style. Numerous tiered flower beds, as well as a pretty swimming pool, make it an idyllic place for a relaxing holiday. It consists of ten rooms including a family room , and four apartments .
All accommodations are air-conditioned and have television, telephone, dryer, safe, fridge, shower room/wc, balcony or terrace. Neat and tasteful decoration. Daily cleaning and change of sheets every 3 days. Restaurants, shops and buses 250m away . The reception is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Out of season it is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
It can be “standard”, i.e. on the ground floor with a view of the garden and the swimming pool or “rooms with sea view” , i.e. upstairs with a panoramic view of the sea. sea, the garden and the swimming pool and finally on the highest floor there is a superior bedroom with a lounge area with sofa bed (one bed) and a large terrace with a superb panoramic view of the sea.
On the raised ground floor, it consists of abedroom , a living room with two convertible sofa beds, a shower room/wc, and a pretty terrace with a view of the sea partly obstructed by trees.
There are four of them, two of which are located upstairs.
The apartment with sea view consists of a bedroom with double bed, a pretty bathroom,a well-equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge) with a lounge area in which there is a sofa bed, and above all a large terrace which is approximately 50 m2 with a superb view of the bay and the valley by Platy Gialos .
The “superior” apartment, also upstairs, is the most beautiful accommodation at Irini Villas . It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two beds), a living room with two sofa beds, a plasma television screen, an equipped kitchen with stove and fridge, dining area, a large room bathroom with jacuzzi bath, spacious veranda with lovely sea view.
