Your Villas

Located on a plot of  5000m2  generously planted with trees, built with great taste in the Cycladic style, there are  three of them  and each has  a private swimming pool and private parking . They are located less than ten minutes walk from  Golden Beach  and the bus station.

The alternation of whitewashed walls and local stone walls highlight these lovely houses.

For villas II and III, in addition to a mobile barbecue, a built barbecue with shaded terrace, table and chairs, located outside the two houses, is available to residents.

Crystal Villa II

Built on two levels and fully air-conditioned , it has an area of ​​160m2. It can accommodate up to 11 people.

The villa is accessed via a large terrace, partly shaded and surrounded by high walls and nicely furnished with a dining room and summer lounge , mobile barbecue, and embellished by a pretty swimming pool with deck chairs and parasols.

Level 0

It opens onto a pleasant and spacious living room consisting of a comfortable living room with dining room , plasma screen television extended by a large, well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, espresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher) with dining area. Quality and tasteful furniture.

There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom/WC (with washing machine).

Level 1

An internal staircase leads to level -1 (which corresponds to a garden level) composed of a hall with sofa bed (offering a bed for one person) and three bedrooms (one with double bed and balcony with table and chairs, one with two single beds and the other with three single beds) each with its en-suite shower room/WC . An extra bed can be added in the room with the three beds)

The villa has a wifi connection . Daily cleaning, change of sheets every three days, change of bathroom linen and pool towels and mats every day. Mosquito nets on windows and French doors.
