Recently built (1996), it consists of 2 small buildings in “blue-white” colors, connected by an exterior staircase. They house five studios (2/3p): three studios on the ground floor and two studios upstairs. The upstairs studios were completely renovated in 2010.
Simple but comfortable, it has a view of the sea on both sides.other side of the room. It has a kitchenette (small oven, fridge), shower room/wc, terrace or balcony with a magnificent view of the sea and the superb sunset.
The two studios upstairs have in addition to their private balconies a large shared terrace shaded by a pergola . They are perfectly suitable for a family of four to six people .
In addition, Andreas and Brigit are very kind. They offer their residents fresh vegetables from their fields. Housekeeping and change of sheets twice a week. Car park. Shops and buses 300m away. Excellent value . Ideal for a relaxing vacation .
Andreas organizes, when time permits, beautiful excursions with his caique, the “Perseas” , with meals and drinks included in the price, to the neighboring islands, to help you discover the underwater caves and the strangely shaped rocks. and phantasmagorical, the landscapes of jagged cliffs, the small coves with waters the color of precious stones, Andreas is often accompanied by his old friend Captain Augustis … Superb walk which will remain forever engraved in your memories.
