It is very well located on the beach, around a large flowered courtyard and has an apartment with 3 bedrooms for 6 people upstairs and sea view and a studio on the ground floor (2/3 people) and three apartments , distributed in two small buildings, on two levels. All accommodations are air-conditioned and carefully decorated. Daily cleaning and change of sheets every 3 days. Restaurants, shops and buses nearby.
There are three apartments including an apartment for 2 to 4 people upstairs and the other for 2 to 5 people on the ground floor in the first building and an apartment for 2 to 6 people in the other building. They are approximately 55m² to 60m². Very nice and decorated withcare in the traditional style of Sifnos , they consist of 2 bedrooms ( one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a kitchenand well equipped (oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker) with dining/lounge area, a bathroom/wc, TV, a pleasant shaded terrace with sea view. The one upstairs also has a balcony with sea view. The one on the ground floor also has a sofa bed built into the living room.
The “ceramic” apartment (2 to 5 people) is located on the ground floor of the other building. It is a former potter’s workshop transformed into an apartment while having retained the characteristics of its original vocation. It is more spacious than the other two and also has two bedrooms , an equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker) with dining area, lounge area with built-in sofa bed,a bathroom/wc, TV, and a terrace with a side sea view and a terrace at the back of the apartment.
Next to this apartment is a studio for 2 to 3 people with two single wrought iron beds and an alcove with built-in sofa bed, shower room/wc, small hotplate and kettle (breakfast preparation), TV. Shared terrace with the “Céramic” apartment.
Practical for a group of friends or a large family .
