It is bordered by a large terrace partly shaded with beautiful views of the sea. Well-equipped with dining room and summer lounge, barbecue built, it is embellished by a nice swimming pool (about 22 m 22) with sun loungers.
You can access directly in a nicely decorated living room with plasma television with satellite channels, comfortable sofas, dining area, extended by a well-equipped American kitchenette (fridge/freezer, stove with glass-ceramic plate, espresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher). Next to the kitchen is a bathroom/toilet with washing machine.
There are two bedrooms, each with a shower/toilet room en suite: a room with double bed, wardrobe and another bedroom with three single beds, a wardrobe that opens onto a large shaded terrace with beautiful views of the sea.
The villa has a WiFi connection. Daily household, change of sheets and household linen every three days. Mosquito net on windows and door windows.
