Sympathetic house in blue/white colors, on two levels, bordered at the front by a garden. It is accessed by a private road.
At the entrance of the house, large terrace partly covered with barbecue corner (with plancha), large rectangular table built and covered with a beautiful plate of white marble with a thickness of 12 cm and bench seats built. There is also a shower/wc room.
Built on a level-slope plan, the house has two entrances. One by the kitchen accessible by a staircase and another by a terrace, partly covered, which borders the front of the house and which extends by a partly covered patio with built benches.

Level 0: It consists of a pleasant living room: living room, with corner fireplace built, well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) with dining area. The room is bright with a beautiful view of the sea, and respects the architectural tradition of the CycladesCyclades: limed walls, exposed beams and striated wooden wooden slats painted wooden, niches in the walls, old-fashioned tilings.
Careful and tasteful decoration, friendly furniture in the style of the islands while being very trendy. That’s really what you can expect from a holiday home in the Cyclades.
Some steps lead to the main bedroom (double bed) with its shower/toiler room en suite. Parquets, exposed beams, blue/white colours.
Level -1: An internal staircase leads to the lower level which is on a level difference.
There are three bedrooms r. One room with double bed, another with double bed, and the third with two single beds and two bunk beds, a salle de douche/wshower/wc room with a washing machine, and a shed.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Household and change of sheets once a week from a stay of 7 nights. Parking. Shops at 2 km.
Meaning of locomotion imperative.
Excellent value for money.

You will be asked to make a deposit of EUR 500 on arrival by CYCLADES HOLIDAY RENTALS, which will give it to you at the end of your stay after checking the state of play.
