Bordered at the front by a terrace of approximately 12 m², furnished with a heated outdoor jacuzzi , pretty terrace furniture, parasol and deck chairs, this friendly troglodyte house, fully air-conditioned, built more than 150 years ago, was completely renovated in 2016. Superb view of Caldera Bay .
It opens onto a pleasant, slightly vaulted living room , polished concrete on the floor, sofas built to accommodate one person each, and which extends into a lovely bathroom/wc with a small round bathtub, all in polished concrete in ocher colors. An extra bed for the fifth person can be added.
At the entrance to the house is a well-equipped kitchen with its own entrance : hob, coffee maker, fridge – and dining area.
Separated from the living room by a beautiful decorative partition and communicating with the kitchen, is the bedroom with a built-in double bed. Tasteful decoration and furniture, flat screen TV.

House 2 is called VILLA AVRA and has an area of 45 m2 .
It is accessed by a small path of stairs which leads to a pretty terrace , fitted out with a heated outdoor jacuzzi , pretty garden furniture: table, chairs, parasol and deck chairs. This fully air-conditioned cave house, built more than 150 years ago, was completely renovated in 2016. Superb view of the Caldera Bay .
It opens onto a pleasant vaulted living room , polished concrete floor and tasteful furniture – built-in sofas ( two sofas offering two beds for 1 person ), American-style kitchenette (hotplate, coffee maker, fridge) with dining area, flat-screen TV, air conditioning . A lovely bathroom/wc made entirely of polished concrete and with “Cycladic” shapes adjoins the living room.
– At the rear of the living room is the bedroom with a built-in double bed. It is separated from the living room by a partition with door with two windows on either side and another window above the door. This is a typical detail of Santorini architecture . It is also lit by a skylight.
House 3 is called VILLA HYDOR and has a great view of the volcano bay.
Approximately 52m2, it opens onto a pleasant, slightly vaulted living room , polished concrete on the floor, dining area, sofas each allowing one person to sleep. and is extended by a bedroom which is separated from the living room by a partition with door with two windows on either side. Approximately 45m2, it opens onto a pleasant vaulted living room , polished concrete on the floor, well-equipped kitchenette : hotplate, coffee maker, fridge, dining area, sofas each allowing one person to sleep and extends through the space sleeping area slightly separated by a low wall, with parquet flooring, built-in wardrobes and double bed with shower room/wc in Cycladic shapes.
Houses 3 & 4 share a small jacuzzi pool
Breakfast services served in the form of a copious buffet are included in the price. Possibility for non-residents to have breakfast: €14/pers.
